Payment, Refund, and Cancellation Policy
PAYMENT TERMS
Guests are required to make a 40% deposit of their safari package at the time of booking to secure their reservation. Full payments of the booking must be made prior to their travel date. Failure to make the full payment may result in the cancellation of the reservation by Precious Moments Safaris. We offer payment in instalments to our clients upon request.
REFUND POLICY
If a guest cancels their reservation more than 60 days prior to the scheduled departure 100% refund will be paid. If made more than 30 days prior to the scheduled departure date, 80% refund of the total amount paid will be provided. For cancellations made 30 to 15 days prior to the departure date, a 70% refund of the total amount paid will be provided. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 15 days before the departure date.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If a guest wishes to cancel their reservation, they must notify Precious Moments Safaris via email. Precious Moments Safaris reserves the right to cancel a safari due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, safety concerns, or insufficient bookings. In such cases, guests will be provided with a full refund of the amount paid.
NON-TRANSFERABLE
Guests are not permitted to transfer their reservation to another individual without prior approval from Precious Moments Safaris. Any changes made to reservations must be communicated and confirmed in writing.
PAYMENT METHODS
Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other methods accepted by Precious Moments Safaris. All payments must be made in the currency specified by Precious Moments Safaris.
AGREEMENT
By making a payment for a safari package with Precious Moments Safaris, guests acknowledge their understanding and acceptance of the Payment, Refund, and Cancellation Policy outlined herein.
